What is our return policy?
We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from frankiesbikinis.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed November 1st, 2020 through Jan 1st, 2021 will have an extended return window until January 30th, 2021. This does not apply to final sale items.
Frankies Bikinis Beauty: If at any time within the 30 days of receipt you are not happy with your product, we gladly accept returns on new or gently used beauty products.
How do I start my return?

Simply submit your return request with the link provided and you will receive a shipping label via email. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.
How do I return a pre-order?
For pre-orders, please contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com to get your return started and completed. Pre-orders have 30 days from the delivery date to send back and receive a full refund.
Can I track my return?
Yes! US customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to trace their package back to us. If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number provided on that label to trace your package.
Not returning within the US? No problem. International customers can track their return using the tracking number on the DHL International return label that was emailed when the return was initiated.
What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?
Not a problem! If tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the pre-paid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.
Can I exchange an item?
We cannot currently offer exchanges so you will need to return your items and place a new order.
How soon will I get my refund?
You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
How does my refund with Afterpay work?

If I purchased Frankies Bikinis at a retail store, can I return or exchange with you?
If the purchase was made at a retail store, the return or exchange will need to be handled directly with the place of original purchase as they have access to all your order and payment information and the return must abide by their specific return policy.
Can I return final sale items?
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric so that we can ensure you love your purchase.
What items are returnable?
All unworn items that were purchased at full price or with a discount of under 30% and in new condition with tags and liners attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
What items are non-returnable?
Any item marked final sale or purchased with a discount code for 30% or more is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
How will I receive a return shipping label for my International return?
You will be able to print a DHL return postage label during the return process via our International return portal. Information for returning your order and postage label will also be emailed to you.
