Returns & Exchanges

We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from frankiesbikinis.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. Please note online orders cannot be returned in-store.

You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange items in new condition with tags and liners attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange. Please note: you cannot exchange an item that has already been exchanged.

Please note international orders are not eligible for exchanges.

With our instant exchanges, we'll authenticate your card at time of return. Your exchange order will then immediately start processing once the return is placed. You'll have 14 days to ship your return to us. If the return has been shipped within that time frame, you're good to go! If you haven't shipped your return by then or have chosen to keep the return, we'll charge your card the full return amount.

US and International customers can start a return here

Simply submit your return request with the link provided and you will receive a shipping label via email. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 10-15 business days.

International Customers:
Please note for international customers the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Duties/Taxes are non-refundable for returns.

To return a pre-order, please contact our customer service team via email at support@frankiesbikinis.com to start your return. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

US customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to track a return. 

International customers may use the tracking number on the DHL International return label to track a return.

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 10-15 business days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.

If the purchase was made at a retail store, the return or exchange will need to be handled directly at the place of original purchase.
