I don't think it fits small as other viewers said. I think most frankie's dresses run small but this one is pretty normal. There doesn't seem to be any stretch (there are pleats on the waist but they are sewn together so it's not ruched/stretchy).

Perfect dress for the spring/summer! I'm 5’7 and usually a small upperbody and medium lower body. It has good coverage and its not see-through so I can go braless.
