I honestly never really buy clothing from frankies, bc they always leaned a little basic in my eyes. However, I saw this dress and fell in love! The straps are gorgeous and make the neckline so romantic and soft. Bc they’re wide they’re actually really comfortable too and don’t dig in at all. I was mildly concerned about the fit bc XL was sold out, but the reviews saying it ran large + the smocked back made me take the plunge anyways. My weight fluctuates a lot, but currently my bust is 42”, waist 35”, and hips 46”. I got a large and the bust and waist fit me perfectly—hugging my body without looking like it’s at max capacity. I do hope they bring this back bc my weight fluctuations drop 4-5in from my measurements and I’d love to be able to get this in a smaller size to wear at the point in time. TLDR: dress fits me perfectly as a traditional XL

Get a size down! Im 5'9" 125lbs, usually wear a size small but it's very big on me. Beautiful dress, but im returning to get an XS.
