Memorial Day Weekend in LA is looking like the perfect start of summer, and celebrities are taking full advantage of the warm weather to slip into their bikinis. Both Miley Cyrus and Halsey took to Instagram to share photos of them laying out in their Frankies Bikinis while staying at home our the holiday weekend, and we are loving their looks. Miley opted for a minimal black set - the Tia top and Sara bottom (a celeb favorite) - while Halsey went for a more bright and colorful tie-dye style - the Tasha top - from our Birthday collection.
