Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager to support daily operations as well as customer service tasks. This role will work mostly within our ERP system while also communicating with our 3PL and Customer Service team. The Operations Coordinator will work to maintain ERP/Inventory accuracy, launch and line sheet support, data and order management/entry, customer service order management, and customer service return management. They will also communicate with our 3PL on priority orders. The Operations Coordinator will also periodically assist at our off-price warehouse as needed.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Apparel Magic / Data Accuracy

· Assist on inventory transfers for inventory replenishment and order fulfillment

· Create inventory reconciliations and report discrepancies

· Support Operations Manager in pre order management

· Style Uploads:

o Ensure style data accuracy through uploads to our ERP system while following our style dictionary

o Ensure cost and price accuracy weekly by working with Production and Operations Manager

· Entering web projections

· Launch Support:

o Support Operations Manager on new product launches

3PL Communication -

· Inventory projects and organization

· Production and inventory pull support

· PR and Marketing Support -

o Enter time sensitive orders for VIPs

o Manage/track VIP and time sensitive shipments in close coordination with warehouse team

o Manage must ship list

Customer Service -

· Monitoring open orders to keep on track of SLA

· Managing lost package claims with warehouse/carriers

· Assisting warehouse with obtaining solutions when processing errors occur

o (GTIN/UPC/SKU Errors, Label Errors, Etc)

o Lost / OOS items

· Handling logistics of HQ inventory returning to warehouse

· Backend return maintenance (clearing outdated RA’s, etc)

· Assisting CS with operational tasks as needed

HQ Warehouse / Off-Price Management

· Assist our warehouse manager in prepping and transferring inventory to off-price store

· Counting and organizing returns inventory going back to warehouse or off-price store

· Assist our warehouse manager in prepping and transferring inventory in the event of a sample sale

Education/Requirements:

· 2+ years experience in Operations or relevant field

· Experience with Apparel Magic ERP is a plus

· Experience working with 3PL

· Ability to analyze and solve problems

· Great planning, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must

· Attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task

· Willingness to learn and work on a team

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $23-$25 per hour and is full time. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience. This position is also eligible for benefits.
