I don't think it fits small as other viewers said. I think most frankie's dresses run small but this one is pretty normal. There doesn't seem to be any stretch (there are pleats on the waist but they are sewn together so it's not ruched/stretchy).

the dress is super cute! love the style and print, very flattering! there’s no slip under, which is fine, but the material feels a bit cheap and thin especially for the price. i ordered my regular size and it was a tiny bit too tight. this could’ve definitely been my fault with not checking the measurements and just checking the size (:
